Event/Theme: Elijah
Symbol we use: A small rock tied with a string.
Meditation: Elijah knew that the Lord can do anything He chooses to and the false god Baal would never pass the test. King Ahab and the other Israelites should have known that too. God should not have to prove Himself, yet when He chooses to do so He ALWAYS passes the test. Elijah gave the prophets of Baal every 
advantage and they couldn't produce even a spark. Meanwhile, he went out of his way to make it "impossible" for the Lord to win the test and God made it overwhelmingly clear that the water and stones were no obstacle to the One Who created both. Nothing is impossible for God. We will never face a difficulty too big for Him to help us through. No test is too challenging for our God.
