What Does That Mean?

As kids learn about their world, they don't always attach the correct name to an object before finding themselves in the position of needing to name it something. These are just a few of the labels my kids have come up with or consistent mispronunciations that I know will eventually correct themselves. Being able to describe something well enough to communicate when you don't know its correct name is, btw, an invaluable tool when learning a second language. Simply mispronouncing a word however just creates confusion.
