Romans 3:28

Romans 3:28
In other words, we have no reason to boast about ourselves or what we've done. All we have that is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and so forth (Php 4:8) is not founded in ourselves or on our own merits, but in Christ. As we turn toward Him, He perfects what He already created in us and transforms what we've destroyed into something even more beautiful. We have the Law written in the first 5 books of the Old Testament, but we know that we can't repair through obedience to the Law what we broke by disobeying it. We also know that God has not abandoned us in our impossible situation. He has offered us a new way through Christ Jesus: a way through faith in Himself. He is the One we've broken our relationship with, yet He is also the One providing a solution to repair that same relationship. We can't do it ourselves, but we turn to Him and He restores us to Himself.
