The primary question to answer during this time is, "Who is God?" Pretend for a moment that He has asked you, "Who and what am I?", how would you answer? The better you know the Lord, the easier it will be to come up with the answer. It doesn't have to be complicated, or even different from the day before...or even different throughout the time you've set aside for it. If your whole prayer time is only 5 minutes long, you certainly don't have much time to fill anyways. My answers, to give you some ideas, include:
- Lord God, You are holy
- You are the King of kings
- You are worthy of all praise
- You are a just and true God
- Praise to You, Lord Jesus
- Blessed be the Lord God Almighty
- Worthy is the Lamb
- You are the Creator of the universe
