Romans 16

I think one of the strongest witnesses we can give of our faith is the way we treat other people. I tend to skim over the greetings in the New Testament letters such as the ones in this chapter, but really it exhibits a great deal of love from Paul and those with him toward the Christians in Rome receiving this letter. I imagine that those receiving this letter and reading these words for the first time experienced that warm feeling of knowing they were remembered and loved by Paul. Although no one writing or receiving this letter is still walking on this earth, the love between them is still tangible today.
